The public website has an email updates form, but no account sign-up or portfolio upload. This notice does not cover the separate Guru services.
Website enquiries
The contact page gives an email address for questions about EM Gurus. Please do not include patient-identifiable information or clinical records in an enquiry.
What the waitlist collects
The form asks for your email address. A submission also includes the Guru you are interested in, a source label identifying this website and your browser’s user-agent text. It does not create an account or ask for patient information.
Why it is collected
Your email is used to send the product updates you request. The Guru and source labels identify what you signed up for and where the request came from.
How the form handles it
The website sends the submission to its server. The server sends these details to a Supabase database. If capture is unavailable, the form shows an error instead of confirming registration.
This notice does not yet specify a retention period or the hosting and email providers’ full data handling arrangements. Those details and the organisation responsible for the data (data controller) remain to be confirmed.
Contact and removal
To ask about your information, stop updates or request removal from the waitlist, email hello@solvorolabs.com from the address you registered. Say that your request concerns the EM Gurus waitlist. Do not include patient details.
