Vaccination Certificates

Overview

For international travel from Pakistan, various vaccinations are necessary, depending on your destination. 

Polio Certificate

• Required under WHO temporary recommendations for residents and visitors staying over four weeks who depart Pakistan internationally.

• Available through the Pakistan Polio Eradication Programme.

• Valid for one year from the date of vaccination.

COVID Certificate

• Required by many countries; specifics depend on ongoing global and local COVID-19 conditions.

• Issued via the National Immunisation Management System (NIMS).

Other Certificates

• Examples include Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, Meningitis, etc.

• Necessary for travel to regions where these diseases are prevalent.

• Provided at healthcare facilities with international travel vaccination services. Available at approved vaccination centres throughout Pakistan.
