Advertisements for training positions are posted on the college website and newspapers around late May and early December.
Candidates must apply online and submit necessary documents to the Training Branch within the specified timeframe.
Required documents include the FCPS Part 1 result, PMDC registration certificate, MBBS degree, HJ certificate, police character certificate, a written application for the desired post, and a bank draft payable to Commandant CMH Lahore.

CMH Lahore is a large facility with 1,000 beds and a 36-bed Emergency Room (ER).
Equipped with all essential tools for comprehensive emergency care.
Currently, the ER is supervised by one specialist, Lt. Col. Najma (Clinical Medicine Specialist).

Daily ER rounds are led by a consultant.
Discussions on emergency medicine topics are held every Tuesday or Thursday, alongside a Clinical Practice Conference (CPC) every three months.
Emergency medicine rotations are structured according to CPSP guidelines.
