• Receipt of article topics submission fee

Dissertation

Timeline

• Synopsis timing depends on the training track; straight-track trainees inducted from July 2024 must submit at least six months before IMM.

• New dissertations have not routinely been accepted since January 2025; overseas exceptions require CPSP permission.

  • Recommendation for submission 1 year before exam 

• Date collection & writing between synopsis approval and dissertation submission

• Acceptance before the exam

• Application for submission of Dissertation

• Supervisor certificate (signed & stamped)

• Approved copy of Synopsis

• Experience proforma

• Data sheets

• Dissertation fees Challan/Bank Draft/Pay Order

Physical Submission (@ RTMC)

• Three hard copies 

  • Secured in spiral binding

  • One side page printing

• Supervisor approval letter

• Dissertation challan

  • Rupees 10,000 (synopsis submission fee under the current article pathway)

Confirmation

• Acknowledgement Email

• Acceptance Email

Articles

Criteria

• Publication of one synopsis-based original research article 

• Must meet current CPSP journal criteria: internationally indexed with an impact factor, HEC W/X, PMDC-listed Y, or JCPSP-PG.

• Can be published in eligible international journals; publication is required, with the portal’s supporting documents.

• Should be 1st or 2nd author

Submission

Portal > REU > Upload Published Article > Upload Article Documents

• Published Date

• Title

• Full Reference

Must be uploaded on the e-portal at least three months before the FCPS-II examination

• Must be submitted to RTMC & Examinations at least three months before the date of examination

Confirmation
