CPSP ePortal > REU > Upload Article Topics > Add New

Documents Needed:

• Covering letter

• Non-duplication certificate

• Receipt of article topics submission fee

Dissertation

Timeline

• Synopsis approval at least 1 year before exam

• Dissertation submission at least 6 months before exam

  • Recommendation for submission 1 year before exam 

• Date collection & writing between synopsis approval and dissertation submission

• Acceptance before the exam

CPSP ePortal > REU > Upload Dissertation > Add New

• Soft copy of Dissertation

• Application for submission of Dissertation

• Supervisor certificate (signed & stamped)

• Approved copy of Synopsis

• Experience proforma

• Data sheets

• Dissertation fees Challan/Bank Draft/Pay Order

Physical Submission (@ RTMC)

• Three hard copies 

  • Secured in spiral binding

  • One side page printing

• Supervisor approval letter

• Dissertation challan

  • Rupees 10,000

Confirmation

• Acknowledgement Email

• Acceptance Email

Articles

Criteria

• Acceptance of 2 journal articles 

• Should be indexed in Index Medicus - CPSP National Journals List

• Can be published in international journals - will need letter of acceptance

• Should be 1st or 2nd author

Submission

CPSP ePortal > CPSP ePortal > Paper Published > Add New

• Published Date

• Title

• Full Reference

Should be submitted at least 6 months prior to the call of applications for FCPS-II examination

• Must be submitted to RTMC & Examinations at least three months before the date of examination

Confirmation

• Acknowledgement Email

• Acceptance Email
