Job Process
Initial Steps: Complete DataFlow verification for credentials.
Examination: Sit for the required exam.
Application: Apply via LinkedIn or other platforms post-exam success.
Interview: Await call for an interview.
Duration: 4 to 5 months for the entire process.
Joining: Flexible, can join any time of the year.

Documents:
MBBS degree
PMDC registration
Experience certificate
Good standing certificate
FCPS or MRCEM - for specialists
FACEP or FRCEM or FACEM or FRCPC, etc - for consultants
Positions
General Physician: Any post-graduation experience.
Specialist: Must have FCPS or MRCEM + 3 years of experience.
Consultant: Must have a fellowship from recognized institutions in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, etc.
Interview
Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
Format: 4-5 clinical scenarios, varies by hospital committee.
Work
Standard: 40 hours per week.
Systems: Mostly follows the British system and RCEM guidelines.
Shifts: Pattern varies, typically 8 or 12 hours.
Salary: 3,000 to 15,000 AED per month; varies by institution and post.
Tips
Your offer letter will come from the official email of the hospital.
